The room was spacious, air-conditioned, with a beautiful sea view and in a great location near a shopping center.

The Hotel Location is very interesting, the place around is full of coffee shops and resturants .......it is very nice place to stay in ....provided that it is very secured place.
Some of the security staff interfer with your personal belonging when you came from the market or at night , justifying that it is not allowed to bring food or beverages to the hotel as such items are availble around the day and night.

I liked the breakfast,
The service is very poor and the staff at the front desk should learn more about customer service.

The only advantage of the hotel is its location
The list is long, the rooms overlooking the swimming pool very disturbing, the hotel is not available an electric adapter is simple, the waiters do not speak any language other than French, even Arabic is not a command. Upon request from room service, they ask for payment in cash. When I left the hotel I asked the employee put the invoice in an envelope and the employee refused due to unavailability!!!

I'll just tell you what I found and you can draw your own conclusions. Unfriendly staff at reception. (What is the point of a metal detector on way in?) In our room there were no towels, no soap, no pillow cases and none of these arrived quickly. The carpets outside the bathroom were horrid. We'd been exploring all over Morocco and had looked forward to some 4 star comfort but that was not to be. After shaking out the duvet, a cockroach scuttled off. Its friend was in bathroom. That night we slept in sheet bags (brought for use in Kasbahs and not needed). I didn't get my nice hot bath which was one reason for the booking; the water was on the cold side of tepid. The final nail? A man entered the room at 12:30 a.m. which gave me a bit of fright! How did he do that? The manager was unimpressed by any of my complaints except he did seem rather shocked when I told him about my visitor (not the six-legged one). Nice location though. Lovely beach. I could see that once it got hot, it would be a nice place to be, but currently it looked tatty and in serious need of an overhaul but inside and out.
See above comments.

Firstly, most taxi drivers only know it as riad Salam, and this is the signage you'll see when you arrive. It's a loverly stylish hotel which could fit anywhere in the world. Many may appreciate the wc/toilet being in a separate room from the shower and basin. Lovely plush white doonas, comfy mattresses, tasteful lamps, flat screen tv. Great for a night in a new city. And two huge wardrobes should you be staying for longer. There is a very generous buffet breakfast including someone in hand to make omelettes or creeps (Moroccan style), as well as tinned fruit, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, a number of yoghurts and cheeses.
Firstly, bookings.com make it hard to have a three person room, which could not be renegotiated on arrival (where speaking French will be more successful than English). The check in procedure keeps you waiting a while- I presume due to a lack of computers, but there's no apologies or explanations made. One rooms bathroom floor was a little tired, and given it was in a different floor to our second room, we requested a change, which occurred immediately. The morning after, there was no hot water in the whole hotel (there was no compensation or reduction in rate). It was unseasonably wet whilst we were visiting, and sadly no luck with complimentary umbrellas. October visit limited the local dinner options, as many beach clubs and terrasses seemed closed.
